 ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS:
ORTA is planning a to publish a 65th Birthday Cookbook this year. Your recipes are needed for this state-wide cookbook.
Every chapter should
have a few recipes included. This is all you need to do: Submit recipe(s) in the following
categories:
Appetizers/Berverages
Soup/Salads
Sandwiches
Main Dishes
Meat/Poultry
Vegetable
Pastries
Cakes/Cookies/Desserts
Miscellaneous recipes
Each recipe should include the cook's name, and chapter for publication and the recipe category. The address
and phone number should also be included (will not be published). Send your recipe(s) to Carole Wolfe, 206 Avenue B,
Bryan, Ohio 43506. Deadline for recipes is March 31, 2012. You can also email Carole at : cwolfe@cityofbryan.net
ORTA will provide copies of the cookbooks to chapters for about $6, depending
on the amount of books published. Each chapter can sell the cookbooks for at least $10 each and this would make
a great fund raiser for the chapter. The books will be available this fall. Here's hoping a lot of you will
get onboard and send in your favorite recipes to make this cookbook a success! Thanks for your time and effort.
